The roasted veggies (above) were just a gorgeous display of beautiful colors...I had to take a photo. The first time I've ever eaten rainbow carrots. I actually didn't even know there was such a thing! Purple, yellow, orange and red carrots so full of sweetness, roasted in coconut oil with brussell sprouts. Absolutely divine! If you've never tried them, definitely put them on your grocery list.
I stumbled upon a website called, Smart Creative Women with Monica Lee, and it's chocked full of inspiring interview videos with other creatives. There are some men too! I've watched about 10 of the videos with a bunch left to go. There are interviews with many artists who inspire me, such as Flora Bowley, Kelly Rae Roberts, Mary Engelbreit, and Beth Nichols, just to name a few.
It's so interesting hearing about their paths, how they got to where they are, some of their thought processes, and getting to know them as real people. I've had a few a-ha moments and lots of inspiration. I'm totally addicted to watching these videos. Check them out, learn about your favorite creatives and find your own inspirations! Art is everywhere, more than we even realize.
Who are the creatives who inspire you? Have you watched these videos? Which one's are your favorites?

Hi Alisa! Yes, that seems to be a running theme with everyone. I’ve also learned a few techniques I never knew of and many different opportunities I didn’t realize, even though I guess they are pretty obvious! :)
Hi, Lisa! Definitely putting rainbow carrots on the list! I love Monica Lee’s interviews – I’ve watched a number of them and am taking away so much information – but also the ‘okay’ to be scared about taking risks, but to do it anyway :o)
